To foster and support career advancement of women in the agriculture industry in New Zealand.

WOMEN. FARMING. FUTURES.
Grow your skills.
Shape the future.
Supporting the next generation of women
in New Zealand agriculture.
ROOTED IN THE LAND. LOOKING AHEAD.
A place to grow.
A pathway to lead.
We believe the future of agriculture
should have more women leading it.
The Fairlight Foundation is a registered charity supporting women’s career advancement in New Zealand agriculture. Based at Fairlight Station in Northern Southland, our internship programme combines practical farming experience with agricultural qualifications, personal development, and professional training.
We help women build the skills, confidence, and industry connections to pursue rewarding careers and become future leaders in agriculture.
More women as leaders in New Zealand’s agriculture industry.
